Flood Recovery & Full Interior Refresh
Phoenix, AZ
The Challenge
After the home’s flood damage was addressed by a restoration team, the next challenge was restoring the interior and bringing the affected areas back to a finished, cohesive condition. The project required replacing damaged flooring, installing new casings and baseboards, adding new carpet throughout the bedrooms, and completing necessary drywall repairs. Our challenge was to seamlessly rebuild and finish these areas so the home could transition from the restoration phase back into a comfortable, polished living space.
The Craft
Our team completed the restoration finishing work needed to bring the home back to a fully finished condition after the flood damage was addressed. We installed new flooring, casings, baseboards, and carpet throughout the bedrooms, while also completing drywall repairs in the affected areas. Each component was carefully installed and finished to restore the home’s appearance, functionality, and continuity. From the flooring transitions to the trim details and drywall finishes, our craftsmanship ensured every part of the restoration came together as one complete transformation.
