Vinyl Flooring
Waterproof, durable, and stunningly beautiful — luxury vinyl flooring installed by the Craft Brothers team.
Luxury vinyl flooring is one of the fastest-growing choices for Phoenix homeowners — and for good reason. It combines the look of high-end hardwood or stone with unbeatable practicality, making it ideal for Arizona's lifestyle.
Some homeowners want us to handle everything from choosing the plank to the final transition strip. Others have already picked out their flooring and just need it installed properly. We're glad to do either.
We help you choose the right luxury vinyl plank for each room, order the material, and install it — so the flooring and the labor are handled in one place. We'll talk through wear layers, waterproof cores, and what holds up best with kids and pets.
Already bought your flooring? We install customer-supplied vinyl plank. Send us the product name, thickness, and click system before the job so we can confirm it suits your subfloor, then we take care of the installation.
Removal of the old floor, subfloor preparation, transitions, and baseboard work are quoted per project based on what your space actually needs — your estimate lists exactly what is included before any work begins.
We visit your home, assess the space, and walk you through your vinyl flooring options.
Old flooring is removed and your subfloor is prepped for a perfect, level finish.
Our skilled crew installs your vinyl flooring with precision and care.
We review everything with you to ensure you're 100% satisfied.
We're a family-owned residential and commercial general contractor serving Phoenix, Scottsdale, Chandler, Mesa, and the greater Phoenix metro area. From full remodels to custom builds to expert flooring, every project is handled with the same care and precision we'd bring to our own home.
Yes! Unlike hardwood or laminate, luxury vinyl plank (LVP) is completely waterproof — making it ideal for kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms, and any area prone to spills or humidity.
The biggest difference is water resistance. Vinyl is fully waterproof, while laminate is only water-resistant and can warp with prolonged moisture exposure. Vinyl also tends to be softer and quieter underfoot.
Not at all! Modern luxury vinyl planks feature realistic textures and wood-grain or stone patterns that are virtually indistinguishable from the real thing — at a fraction of the cost.

Yes — we regularly install customer-supplied vinyl plank. Send us the product name, thickness, and click system ahead of time and we'll confirm it will work over your subfloor. The material warranty stays with whoever you bought it from; our workmanship is covered by us.
Yes. Carpet, tile, vinyl, or hardwood removal and haul-away can be added to your vinyl installation. Because removal is priced by material and square footage, we quote it as its own line on your estimate.
Vinyl needs a flat, solid, dry surface. We check for dips, high spots, cracks, and moisture, then grind, patch, or level as needed so the planks lock together tight, stay quiet underfoot, and don't telegraph whatever is underneath. Prep is quoted per project because it depends on what we find once the old floor is up.
We do. Transitions are installed where vinyl meets tile, carpet, or concrete, and we can reinstall your existing baseboard, install new baseboard, or leave the trim off if you're painting. Tell us which you'd prefer and it's included on the estimate as a line item.
