Base crew comes from each job's assignment. An override moves someone to a different job or appointment for just this day — the rest of the run stays on the default crew.
Google Calendar sync
Appointments and job blocks sync to the shared business calendar. Use primary for the connected account's default calendar, paste a dedicated calendar ID (e.g. c_abc123@group.calendar.google.com), or paste the calendar's embed URL — the ID is extracted automatically.
